Capacity Building

HIG ensures that evidence-based changes and new innovations are effectively implemented by developing a Healthcare Transformation workforce of Leaders, Physician Champions, Practice Facilitators, Digital Champions, Clinic Managers and Clinical Champions. Through our training and community of networks, we equip these key roles with the knowledge, skills, and capabilities needed to support and sustain transformational change within healthcare organizations.

Our tailored capacity-building programs include training for:

  • Practice Facilitators: Our training equips practice facilitators with the tools and methodologies to support continuous quality improvement and guide healthcare teams through the complexities of transformation.

  • Clinic Managers: HIG supports clinic managers in their strategic leadership development who can effectively oversee clinic operations, enhance patient outcomes, and foster a culture of excellence.

  • Clinical Champions: Our training engages clinical champions across interdisciplines to advance key initiatives for scale.
