Nicholas Berdusco is a strategic leader and health economist with 18 years of experience driving impactful healthcare programs and building multi-stakeholder partnerships. Identifying as a "bridge-builder," Nicholas specializes in breaking down organizational silos and aligning incentives to translate complex data into actionable clinical and operational solutions. He has a proven track record in stewardship and program development, most recently helping oversee a portfolio of over 190 active projects representing more than $300 million in multi-year investments.

Nicholas is recognized for his ability to use data-based decision-making to advocate for the health of vulnerable populations. He holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Georgia Southern University. Nicholas brings a unique, high-energy engagement style to his consulting work—a skill he famously refined during his years as the University of Calgary’s mascot, "Rex the Dino," where his ability to influence and lead an audience was legendary.
