Through this program, participants:

  • Develop foundational skills in practice facilitation, coaching, and quality improvement

  • Learn to apply those skills within key improvement areas through evidence-based, high-impact changes

  • Engage in case studies, group discussions, activities, and coaching within interactive sessions

  • Apply learning with practice teams during hands-on action periods​

  • 15 virtual sessions - 35 hours​​​

  • Accredited by the Canadian Nurses Association
