Patti Balsillie brings more than 35 years of lived experience in the Yukon to her role as Senior Engagement Lead and Senior Advisor for the Yukon Context. As a national consultant and strategic advisor, she specializes in governance, public engagement, consensus building, and navigating complex challenges, particularly in northern and Indigenous communities. 

 

Over the years, Patti has worked closely with governments, Indigenous organizations, and nonprofits to strengthen strategic initiatives and support meaningful, community-informed change. Her deep understanding of Yukon’s social, economic, and cultural landscape is complemented by her extensive work in Health and Social Services across communities throughout the North.

 

Known for her collaborative approach and ability to build trust, Patti brings a thoughtful mix of expertise, curiosity, and energy to every project.
