Working collaboratively to strengthen healthcare across Canada.

Across Canada, healthcare systems are evolving to meet the growing and changing needs of communities. We’re proud to be part of a growing movement to strengthen healthcare by improving how care is delivered, supporting providers and patients, and helping systems work better for everyone. We bring expertise in healthcare implementation, change management, quality improvement, data, and workforce planning. By working closely with governments, professional organizations, regional health authorities, and frontline providers, we help design practical, evidence-based solutions that make a difference.

Our work spans the country, combining national reach with a strong understanding of provincial healthcare systems. We’ve supported major transformation projects in places like the Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Alberta, and in federal correctional settings.

This includes everything from large-scale health and wellness system redesigns to modernization efforts like physician compensation model reforms and opioid crisis response strategies. In every case, our goal is to help build healthcare systems that are more integrated, more efficient, and more focused on the people they serve.

By promoting team-based care and using data to guide decisions, we make sure healthcare providers have the support they need to deliver high-quality care in their communities.

In addition to system-wide transformation, we are committed to health workforce innovation, particularly in supporting internationally educated nurses (IENs) in successfully integrating into Canada’s healthcare system.

We’re helping expand and strengthen the nursing workforce by removing barriers, simplifying entry processes, and improving access to mentorship.

Beyond that, our broader workforce efforts focus on reducing burnout, improving retention, and building sustainable team-based care models. The goal is to create a more resilient, supported, and effective healthcare workforce—now and into the future.

Through our commitment to quality improvement, strategic collaboration, and evidence-based innovation, we continue to shape the future of healthcare across Canada. By working alongside key partners at all levels, we ensure that healthcare systems remain adaptive, effective, and focused on delivering the best possible care to communities nationwide.
