Terri Potter is a senior management consultant specializing in health system leadership and transformation. She has led multiple small- and large-scale collaborative initiatives and supported the growth of a not-for-profit member organization for 14 years as Executive Director of the Alberta College of Family Physicians.
 

Terri has also contributed her expertise to projects with Health Innovation Group, supporting health system transformation through facilitation, collaboration, and change leadership. A constant advocate for equity, efficiency, collaboration, joy at work, and strong team-based approaches, Terri has worked as a facilitator, trainer, public speaker, program manager, and driver for change throughout her career. She maintains certification as a project manager, association executive, collaborative change leader, and facilitator.
