Wanda Truong is a health system strategist and innovation consultant with more than a decade of experience leading complex transformation across healthcare and the public sector. Her expertise spans strategic and program planning, quality improvement, evaluation, organizational transformation, and health technology implementation.

A systems thinker with a human-centred design lens, Wanda specializes in translating complex challenges into strategies and solutions that work in practice. She brings together system-level thinking with design thinking and user experience principles to understand how people, processes, and technology interact. Her experience includes enterprise-wide strategic planning, primary care transformation, service and process redesign, and the implementation of digital health solutions.

Wanda holds a Master of Science in Neuroscience and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), with additional training in change management and quality improvement. She is particularly interested in bridging the gap between strategy and execution and designing for meaningful, sustainable adoption from the outset.
